Aj Shabeel is a Dutch YouTuber who became famous after his pranks and challenges videos went viral. He is also a member of the YouTube group called Beta Squad. Five English YouTubers came together and formed the group on February 14, 2019.
The squad comprises five friends: Niko Omilana, Chunkz, Sharky, King Kenny, and Aj Shabeel. The London-based group engages its audience with challenges, pranks, and other comedy skits.
Aj Shabeel started his career on YouTube as his friend Chunkz cameraman. He later made his debut on YouTube in some of the videos his friend made.
Aside from comedy videos and pranks, The YouTuber is a musical artist. He has released a couple of songs and it has been published on streaming sites like SoundCloud.

The YouTuber cum musical artist was born on August 30, 1996, in Leidschendam-Voorburg, Netherlands. He has a brother named Ayuub and a sister named Suaad. His sister also has her own YouTube channel.
Aj Started His YouTube Career In 2015
Aj revealed in a Q&A he shared on YouTube that he always wanted to do YouTube but he never got the chance to be around those doing it. So he managed to run into some friends who already had a career as YouTubers.
He joined YouTube on October 1, 2015, and he started collaborating with Chunkz, and Sharky. At first, he used to share football and forfeit videos. In 2016, Aj and his friends Chunky and Sharky started a rap battle series that featured Darkest Man, Loai, Niko Omilana Qasa Qasa, and a few others.
He currently has over 668k subscribers on his YouTube channel. One of his most popular videos is ‘CRAZY HIDE AND SEEK IN $5000000 MANSION’ which earned more than 900k views.
Together with his friends, Aj moved into a mansion in 2019 and started the Beta Squad. The group’s most viewed video is Guess the black person’ which got up to 8.3 million views on their youtube channel. Beta Squad currently has almost 2 million subscribers on YouTube.
How Aj Shabeel Started His Musical Career
Aj created a song titled “left her” in October 2018 in a video he called, “I tried to become a professional Rapper and this happened..” Later that year, he released another song in November and released the music video in December.

Aj Shabeel and His friends Formed the Beta Squad in 2016
The members of Beta Squad all met in 2016. Before then Chunkz and sharky were already filming together in 2015. Niko and Kenny were also making their own videos on their individual channels while Aj was working as Chunkz cameraman.
Niko later met Chunkz in 2016 and they all started collaborating together. The group of friends started staying together in Watford where they filmed their challenge videos. Most of their videos are filmed in the public.
Their challenge videos include series such as who can, $10 vs $10,000, and also last to videos. The squad has their own Football club which they call Beta Squad Fc. In September 2019, they had a game against Yung Filly’s team Affillyates Club de Futbol.
Beta Squad reportedly stopped posting in August 2019 and later resumed in February 2020. This was because of the coronavirus lockdown. Beta Squad’s last latest post on YouTube was made like two months ago as of the time of this writing.
Some of the group members that are doing quite well include Chunkz. His YouTube channel has over 2 million subscribers and more than 142 million video views. Just like Aj, Chunkz also released a couple of rap music but later announced he was resigning due to his religion.
Chunkz is the only member of Beta Squad who seems to be involved in quite a number of ventures.
How the Dutch YouTuber Surprised His Brother With His Dream Gaming Setup
The 28 year-old YouTuber took it upon himself to surprise his little brother, Ayuub on his 15th birthday. Apparently, Ayuub has been saving some money in other to be able to afford a gaming PC.
Aj not only get his brother a gaming PC but ended up changing almost everything in his brother’s bedroom. In other to make the surprise happen, Suaad took their brother out on a dating spree so that Aj and the crew setting the room up would get enough time to do so.
Aside from working together to surprise their little brother, Aj and his sister have worked together to make family barbeque on occasions such as Eid Mubarak.
