She was born Leonela Paola Yúdica Andino on September 18, 1988, in Santa Lucia, a town in the province of San Juan, Argentina to Monica Andino and an unidentified father. Her birth was quite remarkable as it occurred a few months after the May 30, 1988 earthquake of magnitude 5.8 hit the province about 50 km away.

To show for her hard work and commitment, Yudica won the Argentina flyweight title in 2014. Notably, this win also came in her first ten-round bout. Shortly after, she secured another title, this time, it was the coveted IBF female flyweight title which she won via split decision against Gabriela Bouvier.
While she was able to retain 16 wins out of 20 career fights as of filing this report as well as defend the IBF title 9 times, she suffered her first loss via a split decision to Arely Mucino on October 29, 2022. Considering all the time and commitment she puts into seeing her local community Chimbas grow, it was quite an important moment for the fighter when she won a house in a raffle draw in December 2018. Notably, the draw was organized by the Provincial Housing Institute with the final prize, a house located in the coveted neighborhood of Maipú complex, in the capital.
Out of the 2,386 participants, only 14 houses were available and her number, 2353, was picked in the 5th place, thus, making her a house owner. Apparently, her luck was high as her number was picked again, however, it was dropped as she had already won a house.
