During the child support lawsuit, Kerkorian suspected that Bonder’s ex-boyfriend Steve Bing was the father of Bonder’s daughter. This allegation was later confirmed by DNA paternity testing.

Lisa Bonder is the daughter of Seth and Julia Bonder. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 16, 1965. Her parents later divorced so Bonder was raised inSaline, Michigan.
Her father was an American engineer and founder of Vector Research, Inc. His parents were migrants from Russia. Since after her parents divorced, nothing was heard of her mother again.

Lisa Bonder’s first husband was Tom Kreiss whom she married on January 10, 1988. During that time she changed her surname to Bonder-Kreiss. Her husband, Tom Kreiss was also a tennis player but later stopped playing and ventured into business.
The couple had their first son, Tylor Jennings Kreiss on February 8, 1989. Kreiss was from one of the wealthiest families in the United States.

After Kirk Kerkorian cut off Bonder’s daughter Kira from his will, her biological father Steve Bing died at the age of 55 after jumping from a 7th-floor apartment in Los Angeles.
Kira made a court appeal on her father’s $451 million will after she proved she was his daughter through taking a DNA test with a sample from Bing’s morgue.
Apparently, she was not the only child to contest the will. Her father had a son with an English actress Elizabeth Hurley in 2001.
