1. The Early Life of Lashon Dixon
She was born on January 15th, 1979 in Atlanta. Her mother, Barbara Ann Miles had Lashon, and her sister, Carmelita Backham.
It is stated that she grew up in a loving home alongside her siblings. Lashon describes her mom as a fun person. Yet, it was her older sister who was 15 years older than her that raised her because of their mother’s absence.
However, Lashon dropped out of school and never finished her education at the time as she went to live with her dad. She went to her dad’s place when she was almost 18 and told him to get a car and VCR before she comes. He later did this and she moved in with her father.
In later life, she went back to school and studied part-time.
2. Her Mom was a Drug User
As a mother herself, she still has fun memories of her mother except for the drug use. Apparently, her mother used drugs a lot and it led her to a nursing home in later life after she started suffering dementia.

The former lover of the American rapper has a career as a media personality. She is one of the founders of the Bravo reality Show Mothers Funders which aims at raising finances through the Parents Teachers Organisation to support the school.

For most of her life, she is always linked to the rapper and producer, TI. She first met T.at college park where her older sister and T.I’s mom lived in the same apartment building. At the time, she was 13 while he was 11 and they both grew up together and started dating in 1995.
Reportedly, T.I. was her first love. The couple welcomed two children together and were together till 2004.

Messiah was born at the turn of the 21st century(2000) while his younger brother came shortly after on March 16, 2001. The boys appeared on their father’s reality show, T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle while they were still young.

8. Her Son, Domani Harris is a Musician
Reportedly, her two boys with T.I. have their sights set on the entertainment industry. Domani who does music is following in his father’s footsteps. He started by doing gigs and rapping while on tour with T.I. . Interestingly, he honed his skill and at the moment he has released some material.

After the collapse of their relationship, Lashon reportedly approached the court for a review of the Child support he pays for their two children. Initially, T.I was paying her $2000 which Lashon claimed was too small to take care of the boys.
Shockingly, she revealed he used to pay $400 in child support when his career took off and she had to tell him to increase it after she saw his net worth on Forbes. He later had a change of heart and started giving her $2000.
She appealed for the amount to be increased to $10000. While T.I won the case to only increase the amount by a thousand dollars, he also claimed that Lashon refused to get a job and preferred to live off the child support 100%.
Meanwhile, T.I also stated how he had been paying far more than the monthly $2000 as he pays helped her pay a down payment for her house, car, and the children’s private lesson.
