Born June 20, 1986, Jordan Blake was raised in Lodi, California. Although details about his family are not available, it has been reported by several sites that he has a brother and a sister.

While attending Lodi High School in Lodi California, Blake and some of the original members of the band met. Before he left in 2007, he served as the band’s lead vocalist. He was briefly replaced by Jonny Craig and later Craig Mabbitt.
He remained without the band until 2009. In the meantime, he wrote acoustic songs with Josh Scotts.
Jordan and Blake and Joey Wilson, an ex-guitarist of A Skylit Drive, founded Speak of the Devil in 2012/2013. They released American Whore Story before Joey left the band. 3. He Reunited with A Skylit Drive in 2022
Despite leaving ASD, in early 2022, news of some of the band’s early members participating in a live performance. The resurrection of the band, which actually disbanded in 2017, reportedly led to confusion and controversy after a trademark lawsuit with ASD vocalist Michael Jagmin erupted.
The band divided into two with one part referred to Blake-faction and the other Jagmin’s. The former filed a countersuit while Jagmin retained the band’s trademarks and continued to perform as A Skylit Drive. Blake’s faction, on the other hand, functioned under the moniker of Original ASD.
After some time, the two parties mend fences and then issued a joint statement in March 2023. Until his death, Jordan was the lead vocals of the band, which was getting ready to celebrate its 15-year anniversary tour in May 2023.
