Michelle Laroque was Married to Steve Harwell For Many Years
As hinted earlier, Michelle Laroque and Steve Harwell were previously married. Although information on how the pair crossed paths and when their relationship blossomed is not known to the public, we gathered that the two got married sometime in 2000.
The pair maintained a relatively private life while they were married and this made it difficult for the public to know what was happening in their lives. Nonetheless, established reports say they were together for many years before news of their divorce surfaced but what had caused their split isn’t known.
While we cannot assert the exact time Michelle and Harwell parted ways, we garnered that Michelle’s ex-husband Harwell had moved on with Esther Campbell. They managed to keep their relationship under wraps until 2019 when their relationship hit the rock and Esther issued a restraining order against him following verbal and mental abuse. She also accused him of drinking excessively, stealing her things, and threatening her.
It was this controversy that shed light on Harwell’s personal life and suggested that his marriage to Michelle had come to an end.

Michelle Laroque and Steve Harwell’s marriage saw the birth of a son named Presley Scott Harwell. He was born sometime in January 2001 but tragically passed away in July 2001 when he was just 6 months old. According to reports, their son suffered complications from acute lymphocytic leukemia and was only diagnosed a few weeks before his death.
At the time, his father Harwell was at Minot, North Dakota for a show when he received an emergency call that his son Presley had been rushed to the hospital. He returned home to Las Vegas but his son’s condition had deteriorated and was pronounced dead.
Following Presley’s death, his father started “The Presley Scott Research Foundation for Leukemia” in 2001 to honor his son’s memory. The foundation provided assistance for people living with leukemia until its reported dissolution in 2008.
