The veteran producer lived his life creating scenes behind the camera and his last moments were not different. He reportedly died unexpectedly while on location in Vancouver, British Columbia where they were shooting Riverdale, an adaptation of the CW Archie Comics.
While the cause of his death is not clearly stated, the 72 years old’s health was not known. Yet, his obituary details reveal that contributions made for his memorial would be contributed to the Alzheimers Association.

John Bernard Moranville was born on September 17th, 1944 in St Genevieve, Missouri. His parents were Jack and Kate Moranville. He and his parents outlived his brother Robert Allen Moranville in 1964.
