His Family and Early Life
Tobias Segal was born on June 17 contrary to some reports that he was born in Chester on May 12. The actor revealed in an interview that he was born in Bryn Mawr, outside of Philadelphia in an area called Main Line, Pennsylvania, in the United States.
He is the eldest of 2 siblings. He has a brother who keeps a private life.
With respect to his parents, they separated when he was younger. Yet, it never stopped them from supporting his dream and rising to fame as an actor.

Tobias Segal Had Dreams of Becoming a Clown and Juggler
While he was in high school, Tobias was drawn to the performing arts. He wanted to be in the circus and somehow, he dreamt of becoming a clown. He also thought of becoming a juggler.
To fulfill this dream, he taught himself the antics of juggling and unicycling; and would spend hours practicing.
Well, he turned out successful at the time as he turned heads at a carnival before he later focused on musicals.
Despite the fact that his unicycling and juggling never became his reality, he still juggles every now and then and also still has his unicycle.
He Started His Career as a Stage Actor
The Philadelphia-born actor was already doing plays by the time he was in college. At the time, he was cast in a production of One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest where he played Billy. He also featured in plays such as Twelfth Night and Corpus Christi.
Tobias’ first major stage performance was on a production of Equus. For his performance in the play, he won a Barrymore Award.
