Roxanne Wiltshire ‘Wilshire’ was born sometime in the 1970s in Port of Spain, Trinidad. She was born as the last of 4 sisters known as ‘The Wiltshire Four’.
The oldest of the sister was named Wendy Ann who unfortunately passed away from metastatic breast cancer on December 11, 2020.
After Wendy who was 58 years old upon her death, came Joanne Brice and then Diane Wilshire before Roxanne was born.
The youngest Wilshire sister attended Holy Name Convent school located in her birthplace. She then proceeded to John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. She also attended The Rutgers School of Law-Newark located in New Jersey. At the latter, she received a master’s degree in Legal Studies.
All the sisters are quite close and have a binding force that keeps them together – their love for philanthropy.

Roxanne Wilshire is very active in philanthropy and because of her dedication, she sits in the seat of the Presidency.
The idea for this foundation had been nursed for quite some time but was further fueled by the death of Wendy Ann.
The mission of the foundation is to focus on literacy and shed light on it through different means. The foundation is dedicated to serving all populations that may have been disenfranchised, marginalized, and underrepresented.
Roxanne and her entire board members are mostly dedicated to creating a better world for people by encouraging education and literacy.
Together with her surviving sisters who take up the treasurer and secretary positions in the company, there are other board and committee members.
