Colby Aaron Soulby, famous as Nascar Aloe has exploded into the world of music as a Cambodian-American rapper. He has proven to be talented and consistent since he started to show the world his music through SoundCloud in 2013. In his career, he has used several aliases that include New Sid Vicious, Racecar, Coconut Juice, Aloe, Young Aloe, Nascar, and Daizu. He is widely known for his unique style and songs such as ‘Degenerate Fuck’, ‘Fed Up’, ‘American Wasteland’, ‘Heaven’, and ‘I Don’t Dance’ amidst others.
His Bio
Nascar Aloe was born on June 25, 1999, in Lexington, North Carolina.
As a child growing up in a tough environment, Aloe made himself a regular visitor to the Buddhist temple. Still, he found a way to find his footing in music and began writing rap while in elementary school.
In 2017, he graduated from Lexington High School. But before then, his exposure in music had grown and had even released a song titled ‘Freaks and Geeks Remix’ in 2013.
Nascar Aloe Family
Nascar’s grandparents moved to America from Cambodia when his father was 3 years old.
His father works in a factory but never forgot to be a major role in the life of his son. Since he doesn’t like to talk about his mother, little is known about her except that she left Aloe at a young age to pursue other things.
His parents had only him as a child but as time progressed, he was able to be given half-siblings, 2 sisters and a brother.

Aloe has drawn attention with his metal rap and punk hip hop.
He started his career as a teenager using his birth name. In 2013, he released a song that led to his being known in the music industry.
In 2016, he released ‘Drinking Aloe’ and ‘Feeling Shallow’; and a year after, he released an ep titled ‘Leave Me the Fuck Alone’ Other songs followed afterwards and in 2018, he released an EP titled Find Me which was followed by Find Me, Fed Up (2019), and The Garage Tapes (2020).
The punk rapper added to his works a mixtape ‘Sh!thead’ in 2019.
At present, he is signed to Epitaph Records where he has released a number of works including his first with the Record label, IRAQ (IWRECK) in January 2020. Other artists signed to the label are Ariel View, Bad Religion, Descendents, Justin Cortney Pierre, Rat Boy. The Ghost Inside, and Sleeping With Sirens among others.
How He Got The Name ‘Nascar Aloe’
Although he sampled several names, he has settled for Nascar Aloe. Shortly before then, he adopted the name ‘Yung Aloe’ and later thought of it as lame. He then switched to ‘Aloe’. However, many of his peers nicknamed him Nascar since he was popular for wearing Nascar T-shirts. It was then he adopted the name and the initial Aloe.

Music has taken Aloe to several cities across the United States. He has toured and made performances in cities like Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Jamestown, Charlotte, and Greensboro.

In 2019, Aloe went on a live video stream with a lady, ‘Belis’ on Instagram. It is widely believed the two are dating. What is not known, however, is whether they are still together or have parted ways.
