Early Life And Background Of Myesha Beyonca

Myesha Beyonca was born in the first quarter of 1990 to Michael Irvin and Felicia Paulette Walker in Texas. She is currently 35 years old.

Her father, Michael Irvin, spent 12 years of his football career playing as a wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He helped them win three Super Bowls: in 1992, 1993, and 1995. Unfortunately, a cervical spine injury forced him to retire in 1999, cutting his career short. Considered one of the greatest wide receivers ever, he transitioned to sports commentating, working for ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown before joining the NFL Network as an analyst.

Her mother, Felicia Paulette Walker, worked as a medical assistant for Dallas County’s Mental Health/Mental Retardation Center. She lost her job after Myesha’s birth due to frequent absences caused by Myesha’s childhood surgeries and illnesses. Walker revealed that her daughter suffered from chronic ear infections as a baby and required surgery to implant tubes in her ears.

In short, it appears her father initially denied responsibility for her. A paternity suit led to a court-ordered paternity test, which confirmed with 99.5% certainty that he was her father.

Myesha has three half-siblings: a half-sister, Chelsea Irvin, and two half-brothers, Elijah Irvin and Michael Irvin Jr. They are from her father’s marriage to his wife, Sandy Herrell.

Regarding education, she is pursuing higher education at Texas Southern University after completing high school.

A Look At What She Does For A Living

The 35-year-old is passionate about fashion. It was this drive that pushed her to start iLLicit, an online retail boutique in Texas, with a couple of other young women who also loved fashion.

According to information on the boutique’s website, the goal is to attract customers who love rare, affordable, and high-quality clothing and accessories. Additionally, their mission is to find the newest looks that cater to their customers while maintaining irresistible prices.

The shop offers dresses, jumpsuits, bottoms, tops, sets, swimwear, and outerwear for their customers who love to look good.

It appears fashion for Myesha is more than just giving the best to her clients; she’s a fashionista herself. A look at her social media reveals just how sophisticatedly she dresses.

Myesha’s Love Life And Daughter

A post shared by Myesha Irvin (@myesha_beyonca)

Michael Irvin’s daughter keeps her love life private. Nonetheless, she has offered a little clue about it on social media. Based on what we’ve seen, she has a partner named Mapp. However, it’s unclear whether they are married or simply dating.

On September 21, 2020, she gave birth to their daughter, Brooklyn Aniya Mapp, who is currently 4  years old.

Her journey to motherhood wasn’t easy. Brooklyn’s pregnancy wasn’t her first. She revealed in a May 2020 Instagram post that she was pregnant in 2019 but tragically miscarried at 10 weeks. She described the experience as painful and heartbreaking. She also offered words of encouragement to others struggling with the same issue, urging them to keep faith in God’s timing. At the time, she was already about five months pregnant with Brooklyn.

She documented her pregnancy journey on Instagram, sharing major milestones with her fans. For instance, she posted about the gender reveal and even revealed her daughter’s name before she was born.

Demonstrating her pride in her daughter, she also documented her growth, from the day she was born to her first, third, fourth, and sixth months. She continues to celebrate her daughter’s birthdays with beautiful messages expressing her joy of motherhood.

Her Father’s Controversies

Myesha’s father, Michael Irvin, had a remarkable career as a wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, marked by notable achievements. Despite his success, his career and life weren’t without controversy.

He faced allegations of substance abuse throughout his career. Notably, he received a suspension for five games during the 1996 season due to a failed drug test for marijuana. Although he contested regular usage, the episode did impact his public reputation.

He was known for his intense personality, which occasionally led to confrontations. For instance, he allegedly attacked Cowboys offensive lineman Everett McLver with a pair of scissors during an altercation in a barber’s shop in 1998.

After retiring from professional football, he encountered legal issues. He was indicted in 2001 on charges of cocaine possession, but these charges were subsequently dismissed. Such incidents contributed to a perception of him as a controversial figure.

As a sports commentator, his candid commentary sometimes sparked debate, especially when he expressed critical views of former teammates or coaches. His forthright style occasionally provoked mixed reactions.

In February 2023, he was accused of sexual misconduct at his hotel. He refuted the claims and resolved a defamation lawsuit, yet the allegations left a lasting impression. This, coupled with a similar accusation from 2007, has led to ongoing speculation about his behavior.
