Marcela Rubiales is a Mexican singer, actress, and television presenter mostly known as the daughter of television host Paco Nalgesto and his wife Flor Silvestre. She has been married to José Flores since 1992 and had a child named Marcela Fernanda Barbara Fuentes Rubiales who unfortunately died in an accident in 2004.
Marcela as you would soon learn took after her parent’s career part in the entertainment industry. She has since made appearances in a number of stage works, films, and television series. Marcela Rubiales was born on April 16, 1954, and is 70 years old. From what we garnered she was raised in Mexico alongside her brother Francisco Rubiales. The actress’s other close relations include a maternal half-sister, Dalia Inés; a paternal half-sister, Cristina Rubiales; and two maternal half-brothers, Antonio Aguilar Hijo, and Pepe Aguilar.
Marcela’s father, Paco Malgesto was an announcer and presenter while her mother Guillermina Jimenez Chabolla famed by her stage name Flor Silvestre was a singer and actress.
She Has Been Married For Several Years
At the moment, Marcela is married to Jose Flores. The pair met sometime in the 80s however, we can’t assert how they crossed paths. Nonetheless, we can confirm that they got married in Mexico in the year 1992.

Marcela Tragically Lost Her Child in 2004
While Marcela has shielded her private life from the public, we garnered that she birthed a child named Marcela Fernanda Barbara Fuentes Rubiales. She was born sometime in 1983 but unfortunately died on February 28, 2004, at the age of 21.
According to the story, the younger Marcela was involved in a car accident in Amecameca de Juarez alongside a mutual friend and her boyfriend Julio Lopez who was driving the car and also the only one who survived the accident.
The singer recalled meeting her daughter’s boyfriend Julio who was reportedly responsible for the accident and just felt sorry for him. She forgave him truly and also urged him to be happy and move on with his life.
Even though it’s been almost two decades since the actress lost her child she hasn’t gotten over the ugly incident. Over the years, she has shared several photos of her deceased daughter on social media to recount the special moments they spent together.

Marcela was adopted by the third husband of her mother, Antonio Aguilar following her parent’s divorce. As you would find, her parents got married in 1953.

Two years after she debuted, Mercela began to host the television program Complicadisimo and in the 1990s, she started her equestrian show.
