Levi Alves McConaughey and his siblings, Livington and Vida are the product of Matthew McConaughey’s marriage with his wife Camila Alves McConaughey. Levi is the eldest child of the couple. He does not only share a strong bond with his father but also an uncanny resemblance.
Matthew McConaughey’s daughter, Vida is following in his footsteps. She earned her first acting credit in 2021 when she played a minor role in Sing 2. Matthew and Camila’s son, Levi was born on July 7, 2018. While growing up, his parents noticed he had a passion for music. His father revealed this during an interview with People in October 2020.
In the interview, the actor revealed Levi came out of the womb knowing a minor from a major key on the piano. As he grew older, he listened to composers and could differentiate them.
Besides that, Levi is into surfing. Reports say he has been doing that with his father for years. In March 2023, Matthew McConaughey shared a photo on Instagram showing off Levi’s surfing souvenirs.
As regards making public appearances, Levi was spotted alongside his mother and sister, Vida at the Stella McCartney show at Paris Fashion Week on March 6, 2023.

Vida Alves McConaughey (born Jan. 3, 2010)
Matthew McConaughey’s daughter Vida joined the family on January 3, 2010. He shared her first photo when she was only three weeks on his website. Vida weighed in at 7 lbs., 7 oz.
Vida’s father proposed to her mother a year after she was born and they tied the knot in June 2012, the same year her baby brother was born.
At the age of 10, Vida joined her father during an episode of Amy Jo Martin’s Why Not Now? podcast During the show, she was commended for giving her father some constructive criticism.
Following in her father’s footsteps, Vida earned her first acting credit in 2021 after she got a cameo in Matthew McConaughey’s movie Sing 2. Her father later revealed in an interview on The Tonight Show that she played the role of a piglet who is scuba diving in chocolate saying, “This is the best day of my life”.
In addition to acting, the actor’s daughter has also shown interest in art. Her father stated in October 2020 that she likes to paint and draw. She also likes graphic novels.

Livingston Alves McConaughey (Dec. 28, 2012)
The youngest of the McConaughey brood(at least for now), Livingston was born the same year his parents got married. The 11-year-old was named after two real Renaissance men his father had met previously.
During an interview in October 2020, Matthew McConaughey shared that his youngest child is also creative like his older siblings. The Dazed and Confused actor revealed that Livingston enjoys writing stories.
Livingston also shares a strong bond with his father just like his older siblings. His father once shared photos of himself giving Livingston a haircut on Instagram while Levi stood by and watched.
Also, Camila once showed off Livington’s video editing skills on her social media platform. Apparently, he was only 9 years then and was also stitching together highlights from an Austin FC game, in which his father is a minority owner. Hence, it would be safe to say that all the McConaughey children are creative in their own right and are lucky to have parents who would help them expand their creative horizons.
For McConaughey who does not play with his role as a father, he might be living his best life since he said being a dad was always his only dream. Despite his busy schedule, he finds time to go surfing and camping with his three kids and his Brazilian wife, Camila.
Asides from taking care of their own children, the power couple founded the Just Keep Living’ Foundation in 2010 to assist high school kids with educational and extracurricular resources, especially for those living below the poverty line.
