Laura was born as Laura Rose Parker Bowles on 1 January 1978 in Swindon Wiltshire to Andrew Parker Bowles and Camilla Shand.
She grew up at Bolehyde Manor in Allington and Middlewick House in Corsham, both in Wiltshire England alongside her brother Tom Parker Bowles.
Laura is known to have attended St. Mary’s Shaftesbury, a Roman Catholic convent in Dorset. She also attended Heywood Preparatory School in Corsham in the 1980s. Laura later continued her education at Oxford Brookes University where she bagged a degree in history and marketing. While in Oxford Brookes, Laura reportedly kept a low-key profile and shared apartments with other students despite her prominence.

Although Laura studied history and marketing at the University, she has a deep passion for art. She does not only love to paint but has decided to make a career out of it.
Since 2001, Laura has worked in different art galleries including the Peggy Guggenheim museum of modern art in Venice. She has also worked in the Belgravia art gallery in London. Furthermore, she managed The Space Gallery in London’s Belgravia area.
The 46-years-old is currently the co-founding partner and gallery director of London’s Eleven gallery.
Meanwhile, she has served as a motoring correspondent for Tatler magazine alongside her older brother Tom Parker Bowles.
Tom is not an art curator but a British food writer and critic. He has authored several cookbooks and has notably won the Guild of Food Writers 2010 award for his writings on British Food.

Queen consort Camilla’s daughter married Harry Lopes on 6 May 2006. The ceremony took place at St. Cyriac’s Church in Lacock, Wiltshire and her wedding dress was made by Anna Valentine, the designer who made her mother’s wedding dress to then Prince Charles in 2005.
Lopes and Harry have 3 kids; Eliza (born 16 January 2008) and fraternal twin boys, Gus and Louis (born 30 December 2009).
