One significant moment that highlighted their commitment was when Peter suffered a stroke in May 2013. Despite Kim’s prior commitment to a role in the Christmas panto at Southport Theatre in Merseyside, in April of that year, she made sure to call him in between scenes.

However, Peter openly defended her despite her explosive temper. While at the Celebrity Big Brother house, she revealed that she gave birth to a stillborn alone in her flat after her water broke at just 5 months into the pregnancy. She felt ashamed to seek medical attention since she was unmarried at the time. The next day, she wrapped the baby in a tea towel and buried him at the Liverpool park and this has been a deeply saddening part of her life.
