Ike Turner Jr., an American Grammy-winning producer, and musician, is not the biological son of American-born Swiss singer Tina Turner. When the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll” married his father, Ike Turner, in 1962, she adopted and raised him as her son. Ike Turner Jr. was born to Ike Turner and Lorraine Taylor in 1958. He is currently 66 years old.
Tina Turner adopted and raised Turner Jr. after marrying his father in 1962. Michael Turner, his younger brother, was born in 1960 and was also adopted by Tina. In addition, he has several half-siblings from his parents’ previous relationships.
His half-siblings are Craig Raymond Turner, Tina’s son with then-boyfriend Raymond Hill and adopted by his father, Ronnie Turner, Mia Turner, his father’s daughter with Ann Thomas, and Twanna Melby Turner, his father’s daughter with Pat Richard.

He Spoke With Tina Turner Only Once After She Left His Father
During their 16-year marriage, Ike Turner Jr.’s parents had a tumultuous relationship that resulted in abuse. Tina left the marriage, leaving her four children behind. She then relocated to Switzerland and began dating German music producer Erwin Bach, who she later married.
Turner Jr. claimed she abandoned them and he did not speak to her again until about the year 2000. He went on to say that he wasn’t sure she’d spoken to any of his brothers.
Tina Turner passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the age of 83, following a long illness. In addition, she had a number of health issues, including intestinal cancer in 2016 and a kidney transplant in 2017.
