Holger Rune’s early start as a tennis player soon made him a fan of the sport and he became a professional in 2020 at just 16. he became the youngest player to compete at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown and a few months later, he won his first ITF title at the M25 event in Switzerland.
Before the end of 2020, he won two out of three ITF finals and also received a wildcard to the ATP Challenger 80 in Puente Romano in Marbella.
