Guraish Aldjufrie was born on September 21, 1964, in Indonesia to a wealthy Indonesian family. From reports littered on the internet, his family is one of the famous business families in Indonesia where the ex-husband of the reality star was born.
The Aldjufrie’s have been in the real estate business even before the birth of Guraish and when he was old enough, he got conscripted into the family business. At the age of 20, the young man had already started working in his family business and had even begun to spread its services outside Indonesia.
Though he keeps his life and all that concerns it private, it is also known that he has Dutch and Arabic ancestry. Similarly, he has his family company in more than one location; in Indonesia and several ventures in the United States of America.
Guraish Aldjufrie Met His Now Ex-wife at a Tina Turner Event When She was Barely 19 Years
The former couple-now-exes met towards the end of the 1980s at a Tina Turner concert in the United States. According to some sources, the businessman was in the States on vacation with some family members and friends while other sources claimed he was there for business purposes.
Whatever the case may be, Guraish thought to unwind at the concert and that was where he met his wife.
They met at the concert in 1987 and Kyle Richards was still 18 years old but lied about her age. According to her, she told her ex-husband and his friends that she was 19 years old. She was also using braces but tried to hide that fact as well.
The two clicked and a romance began to brew but they had a challenge. Guraish did not know how to speak English at the time and Kyle couldn’t communicate in his language either.
However, like a lot of beautiful love stories, they found a way around the problem by getting their friend to serve as a translator for them. The romance between the actress cum American reality TV star and Guraish saw them getting married soon after it began. They got married in 1988 and a few months later, they welcomed their first child together.
By the beginning of 1988, the actress was pregnant with her first child and the couple got married after that realization. The marriage was intimate yet, beautiful. On October 31, 1988, Richard bore Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie.

After the divorce between Farrah’s parents, her father remained single and had no other kids. He focused on his business and raising his daughter with his ex-wife. Although Kyle got primary custody of their daughter, he still got to spend a lot of time with Farrah Brittany.
The real estate guru used to spend ample time with his daughter and ex-wife, especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Guraish and Kyle remained good friends after the divorce and were very close partly because of their daughter.
On the other hand, Kyle went on to remarry Mauricio Umansky, another realtor, in 1996. This was 2 years after they met in 1994 and 4 years after her divorce from her first husband.
With Umansky, she had three other daughters known as; Alexia Simone born June 18, 1996, Sophia Kylie born on January 18, 2000, and Portia born on March 1, 2008.
Farrah’s biological father and her stepfather also share a close bond. Aldjufrie is quite close to his daughter’s new family and Farrah has repeatedly admitted that she is lucky to have two fathers.

The 60-year-old father of one has always been a private man who preferred to remain out of the public eye. Howbeit being once married to a renowned celebrity TV star he managed to secure his privacy.
