Elaine Aronson and Curtis Armstrong have Been Married Since 1996
Elaine and her husband Armstrong have shared over 20 years as a couple. Information on how the pair met and when their relationship started is not known. However, we garnered that they got married in 1996 and have been together since then.
Before the two became a pair, Elaine’s husband Armstrong was previously married to Cynthia Carle from 1980 to 1987. The couple never disclosed why they parted ways however, we can assert that it was an amicable agreement between them. Armstrong once hinted that they are still friends. In 2020, he shared a photo of them which he captioned “The marriage only lasted seven years, but the friendship lasted a lifetime!”.
The Couple Share a Child Together
As hinted, Eliane and Armstrong are proud parents of one. They have a daughter named Lily Armstrong. She was born on November 21, 1995, and she’s 29 years old. From the records, she was raised in Los Angeles and lived there for several years which saw her complete her high school education. She later moved to London for other educational pursuits.
She enrolled at a renowned University in London and later bagged her master’s degree in Medieval studies from Oxford University in 2018. Her father shared on Twitter that he’s so proud of her achievements.

Eliane is of Jewish Origin and her Husband Converted When They Got Married
Not so much has been established about Eliane’s early life and family background, however, we garnered that she is of solid Jewish origin. Her husband who was raised Catholic revealed that he never really cared about religion and was sort of a non-religious person. However, when their daughter was growing up, they wanted to instill core values in her and had to live by example.
As such, Armstrong converted to Judaism in other to be part of his daughter’s Bat Mitzah and also guild her through the path of the religion. According to the pair, they wanted her to have a Jewish education until she gets to the age of 16 when she can decide.

As hinted, Eliane and her husband are both active in the entertainment industry. She worked as a screenwriter in the early years of their marriage and her husband revealed that she was so occupied with work that she had to resume work within 5 weeks after the birth of their daughter, Lily.
Eliane later earned a few movie roles before working as a producer. Some of her works include First Wives Club, You Me Her, Zoe Ever After, The Game, The Stone, The Weber Show, Roseanne, and Good Advice.
Similarly, her husband works as an actor, screenwriter, and singer. He has been active in the entertainment industry since 1983 when he earned his first role in the film Risky Business. Since then, he has starred in films and television series such as Revenge of the Nerds, The Simpsons, Better Off Dead, Big Bully, One Crazy Summer, Bad Medicine, and Beer of My Horses.
The Pair Share Their Time Between Work and Family
Building a successful career and a family isn’t always easy, however, Eliane and her husband Armstrong managed to share their time between work and family.
Armstrong once shared that he was the primary caregiver of their daughter when she was a child. This was mainly because his wife had a lot of work to do while he was mostly free. He also noted that he turned down a lot of offers to make out time for the family.
Eliane’s husband also advised fathers and husbands not to think of home life and parenthood as a wife’s job as they are not gender specific. According to him,
“Men need to be a part of all of that. They have to learn how to cook. They have to learn how to shop. They have to learn how to do laundry. They have to do those things and do them more”.
At the moment, the pair live in New York City. They moved there in 2022 after selling off their house for many years in Los Angeles.
