Dr. Paul Nassif, an American plastic surgeon known for Botched sold his Los Angeles Bel-Air mansion for $20.4M, and after the auction fee, Nassif was left with $18.4 million. The home which was completed in 2021 was initially placed on the market for $32 million before it dropped. 

The exotic home with an interior designed by Faye Resnick sits on 1.3 acres. It is a 3-story pad that has 7 bedrooms, 14 baths, a lounge and sauna, a 12-seat theater, a temperature-controlled wine room, dual gourmet kitchens, and a gym.

The Home Has Spent Years in the Market

The Bel-Air home has spent years unsold and has gone through different prices before it was finally sold. In March 2021, the property was listed for $32 million. At the time, the home was not completed but was placed on the market asking.

In July 2022, the price went down by $2 million when it was listed at $30 million. Then, it was slashed to $27.9 million. Finally, the mansion was sold for $20.4m and the father of four was left with Nassif was left with $18.4 million.

The mansion has passed through different real estates agents such as Jade Mills (Jade Mills Estates), Tomer Fridman (Buying Beverly Hills star), and Matt and Josh Altman (Douglas Elliman) who also later gave a look at the Botched home.

Apparently, this mansion has spent about 2 years in the market (from 2021 to 2023).

The Botched star has over and time again bought properties. According to realtor.com, he bought an ocean-view property in Orange County’s Dana Point.

The mansion was built in 2012 and by 2020, its price went up and was placed at $15 million.

The property stands at a 9,000-square-foot. It has features such as two living rooms, two dining areas, staff quarters, a chef’s kitchen, a game room, a home theater, an elevator, and a roof deck.

Furthermore, its features encompass a zero-edge pool and spa, and a subterranean garage that can take about seven cars.

This house is apart from the one he lives in with his wife Brittany Nassif and children.

What is His Net Worth?

Paul Nassif’s net worth is estimated at $40 million, per Celebrity Net Worth. The father of 4 has made wealth from his career as a facial plastic surgeon and for co-hosting Botched with Terry Dubrow.

According to his website, he is helping patients with their noses, even those who have had surgeries more than once.

More into his career, the University of Southern California graduate appeared in the three seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In addition, the Lebanese descent knows his way around buying and selling off of landed properties. This has certainly added to his net worth since landed property does not depreciate in terms of money.
