Brianna Stern, a model and former girlfriend of popular social media personality and businessman, Andrew Tate, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, accusing him of a really serious crime.
Stern is now accusing the controversial influencer of s*xual assault, battery, and emotional abuse during their 10-month relationship. In the legal action, Stern also included a request for a restraining order against Andrew Tate.
Tate, who is already battling multiple other legal battles in the UK and Romania, has firmly denied all the allegations made by Brianna Stern. In fact, his attorney, Joseph McBride, dismissed Stern’s claims as a “blatant cash grab”, vowing to fight the case in court to a conclusive and favorable end for Tate.

“Tate began choking Plaintiff, harder and harder, making her nearly lose consciousness,” the lawsuit states.
Stern also claims that Tate repeatedly struck her on the head and face while issuing chilling threats. According to her, Tate said:
“If you ever cross me, I will kill you.”
Following the incident, Brianna Stern was so badly injured that she actually sought medical attention and was diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome. The lawsuit further alleges that Tate engaged in a pattern of emotional abuse and manipulation, which began when Stern traveled to Romania for a modeling job in 2024.

He also took aim at Stern’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, calling him a “lowlife bottom feeder”. For the record, Buzbee has previously represented some really high-profile clients, including the alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Brianna Stern Is Not Backing Down On Her Claims
