His hesitation to show Blanco his material came to an end in 2018 after he mustered up the courage to show him.

Blake and Gracie Abrams who is also a songwriter likely met in college and cemented their bond hanging out and writing songs. Their relationship became a media item after they moved beyond work to love.
They started dating in 2016 and are still together as of this writing. The two collaborated on her EP titled Minor. At the time they wrote her debut EP, they split for a year.
