Bert I. Gordon’s wife Eva Marie Marklstorfer was among those present when the American filmmaker died on March 8, 2023, at the age of 100. His daughter, Patricia Gordon confirmed that he died after he collapsed at his home in Beverly Hills California.
Besides Patricia, the movie producer had two other daughters with his first wife, Flora Gordon(later known as Flora Lang), and a fourth child and daughter Christina with Eva, his second wife.
Known for creating movie monsters and villains, he was best known for writing and directing science fiction and horror B-movies. Some of his movie credits include The Amazing Colossal Man,(1957), Empire of Ants(1977), and King Dinosaur.

Until his death, Bert I. Gordon and his second wife, Marie were married for over 40 years. The two got married in 1980, a year after the filmmaker and his first wife Flora Lang parted ways.
Although there are no much information about Bert I. Gordon’s wife, it is known that she is the mother of his fourth daughter Christiana.
Bert I. Gordon’s Ex-wife Flora Lang
Gordon and Flora married in 1945. While they were together, the two worked on many films together in the 1950s and 1960s. Before their marriage ended in 1979, they worked together in the film The Boy and the Pirates alongside their daughter, Susan.
Flora Lang, as she was also known pursued a professional career as an assistant producer and effects assistant before she died in 2016 at the age of 90. She also had production designer credits on movies such as The Great Smokey Roadblock(1977) and Making of a Male Model.

The Film Director Had 4 Children
Gordon shared his three older children Patricia Susan and Carol with Flora. Their daughter Susan was a child actress who featured in several films and numerous episodes of television series such as The Twilight Zone, My Thre Sons, and The Donna Reed Show.
Having achieved so much fame, she died of thyroid cancer at the age of 62 on December 11, 2011.
Besides Susan who predeceased the director, he is survived by his wife Marie, and his daughters, Christiana, Patricia, and Carol.
