Marieangela’s parents – Michael and Irmgard King decided to home school their children, never allowing them to go through the rigours of the conventional educational system that most children are subjected to.

2. She met Elijah through a blind date
Sometime in 2013, Marieangela went on a blind date with a young man that would eventually sweep her off her feet named Elijah Blue Allman.
He is also a musician like her but is more popularly known as the son of the “Goddess of Pop” music, Cher.
After their first meeting, both Marieangela and Elijah connected on a different level and their love grew rapidly, culminating into their engagement towards the end of November of the same year.
The couple shocked the world when just 5 days after their engagement, they “eloped” together and got married in Elijah’s new house, right by the fireplace.

In 1997, the 5 King children came together to form a hip hop/ pop music group and called the name King Family consisting of Michael (aka Trillion), Marieangela (aka Queenie), Jasmine (aka Jazzy), Natalia (aka Ruby), and David (aka Lucius).
A year later, a record company offered to sign them up for $ 4 million but their parents refused the offer stating that they were much too young to commit to being full-time musicians with all its attendant demands.
