Djanai Hall is the first of the four children of actor Pooch Hall and his long-term wife Linda Hall. Djanai suffers from cerebral palsy – a group of conditions that affect movement and posture which is caused by damage to the developing brain mostly before birth. The disease has confined her to the wheelchair and other challenges. Despite this, she graduated from high school in 2016.
Djanai’s condition has motivated her parents to start a foundation, Inclusion Clubhouse. It is aimed at helping people with disability and their families. The foundation gives people with disability a place to feel that they belong without being judged.
Looking at how Djanai became famous, her father Pooch is a renowned American actor. He is most famous for his roles in The Game (2006), Ray Donovan (2013), A Nashville Legacy (2023), and Hood of Horror (2006).

Djanai Hall Inspired the Inclusion Clubhouse
Hall’s condition has inspired her parents to start a non-governmental organization known as Inclusion Clubhouse. The organization creates recreational settings for families of those with special needs.
Inclusion Clubhouse does not only focus on the children with special needs but the family unit as a whole. This is by providing them with resources among several other beneficial things that will help the special needs people in socializing, molding their skills, and helping them to create relationships with others.
The clubhouse has five key spaces such as an arts and crafts creation station and a multi-sensory experience room.
Apart from that, the clubhouse has helped in providing for individuals and families when COVID-19 hit. At the time, there was a mobile inclusion Relief Center that traveled through Los Angeles County to provide relief materials to families.
In addition, Djanai inspired the creation of Djanai Angels by her mother. It is an “adaptive products & creative event planning that’s inclusive & accessible for those with different abilities”.
