Born on April 2, 1983, Paul Jason Staehle is of German Descent. Paul was born in Louisville, Kentucky. Although not much is known about his family, Paul once shared that his mother was fighting breast cancer.

The reality TV star has been involved with the police several times before appearing on the show.
His legal battle started in 2014 when he was accused of committing second-degree arson by burning his personal property to defraud his insurer back in 2007.

On June 8, 2022, the Louisville Metro Police Department confirmed that Pierre was reported missing. This came after Paul revealed he was granted full custody of the children in December 2021, He explained that his children were up for adoption at the time.
However, Karine was not satisfied with the verdict as she then made claims that Paul was trying to murder her, which infuriated the judge, who took the boys away from Paul, Karine, and even Paul’s mother and placed them in Child Protective Services.
