At the time of his birth, his father was still married to his ex-wife, Maria Shriver, while his mom was married to his “father”, Rogelio Baena. Joseph grew up spending a lot of time in the Schwarzeneggar household, alongside Arnold’s children, where his mother still worked as a maid.

The celebrity’s son revealed that one of the many things he learned from his dad is not to have the “ten-rep” mentality. Instead, he pushes himself to the limits and goes the extra mile, getting extra reps until he cannot take anymore. He also enjoys lifting;, he said he got instant gratification when he started working out seriously in college.
Joseph trains at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California, where his dad sculpted his legendary physique years ago. However, the bodybuilder has not revealed any plans to start competing yet, despite his impressive physique and his love for bodybuilding.
The Bodybuilder doubles as a Real Estate Agent
Joseph Baena works as a real estate agent at ARIA Properties, Marina del Rey real estate office. He revealed he was going into the real estate industry in May 2021, and in March 2022, he announced the sale of his first home.
He made the announcement on his Instagram page where he congratulated himself and his agency for the sale of the property in Santa Monica. The bodybuilder ended the celebration with an elaborate dinner, he captioned the photo “Closing dinner”.
The Son of the Famous Actor is also into Acting
Just like his father, Joseph is also into acting. However, the 27-year-old actor does not want to rely on his famous father’s name, which is why he chose not to use the Schawarzeneggar name in the industry.
He said he is very prideful and does not want to be handed handouts, not from his dad or anyone else. So when he attends auditions, he is treated as a normal person, and when he gets the role, he knows it was all him and not his father’s influence.
