Decker is said to have 4 other siblings and some are from his father’s other relationships. He has two biological siblings and two half-siblings. Before talking about his siblings, note that Nikki Sixx was once engaged to Denise ‘Vanity’ Matthews in 1987.
A month after divorcing Brandt in 1996, he married another Playmate known as Donna D’Errico but they separated in 2001 only to reconcile after some months. Donna and Nikki separated again a year before their divorce in 2007.
From 2008 to 2010, Sixx dated Kat Von D who was a tattoo artist. By November of 2010, he was with another woman known as Courtney Bingham. Two years later, he got engaged to Courtney and they have been together since then.
From these relationships, Nikki Sixx has his first son Gunner Nicholas Sixx born on the 25th of January 1991. Storm Brieann Sixx was born on the 14th of April 1994 and Decker was born a year after Brieann. All three children were with Brandi Brandt.
With Donna, Decker’s father welcomed another daughter named Frankie-Jean Mary Sixx. So far, Decker’s last sister is named Ruby Sixx and she was born on the 27th of July 2019. Ruby is the product of Sixx and Bingham’s marriage.

He Went missing after a Family argument

Sometime in October 2011, Nilsson Sixx went missing after having a heated argument with his family. Though the cause of the argument wasn’t stated, TMZ reports that Nikki called the Malibu Sherriff’s department to report his son to be missing.
Decker’s father had a hunch about where his son was but needed the help of the police to get him back. Upon investigations and traces, Decker was found at the house of a friend. He was told that his family was in search of him and wanted him back home. Eventually, Nilsson returned home and back to his family.
